We want you to love every purchase from Lovely Luxe Boutique! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.
Damages & Defects
- All damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Reports made after 3 days will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Please email lovelyluxeboutique.01@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item(s).
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order (based on the postmarked date).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Full-price items are eligible for a cash refund to the original payment method.
- Items purchased with a discount code can be returned for store credit or exchange only.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- Embroidered items are FINAL SALE. These are made just for you and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Responsibility
- Lovely Luxe Boutique is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please double-check your information at checkout.
- For missing packages, please contact your local USPS to file a claim as soon as possible.
- Notify us by emailing lovelyluxeboutique.01@gmail.com once your claim has been filed.
Return Instructions
- Email us at lovelyluxeboutique.01@gmail.com with the subject line: “Return – [Your Order Number]”.
- Include the item name(s) and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Once we receive your return, we will email you to finalize the process. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be fully processed.
