Return Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Lovely Luxe Boutique! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.


Damages & Defects

  • All damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Reports made after 3 days will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Please email lovelyluxeboutique.01@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item(s).

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order (based on the postmarked date).
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Full-price items are eligible for a cash refund to the original payment method.
  • Items purchased with a discount code can be returned for store credit or exchange only.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • Embroidered items are FINAL SALE. These are made just for you and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Lovely Luxe Boutique is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please double-check your information at checkout.
  • For missing packages, please contact your local USPS to file a claim as soon as possible.
  • Notify us by emailing lovelyluxeboutique.01@gmail.com once your claim has been filed.

Return Instructions

  1. Email us at lovelyluxeboutique.01@gmail.com with the subject line: “Return – [Your Order Number]”.
  2. Include the item name(s) and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
  3. If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label.
  4. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  5. Once we receive your return, we will email you to finalize the process. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be fully processed.
